How to use the table
Use the table to compare the verified day counts for each life stage. The values are useful when planning families, testing careers, or deciding whether a household should age slowly.
Aging settings
Look in the game options for lifespan settings and aging controls. You can use Short, Normal, or Long lifespan lengths, and aging can be adjusted from the options menu. If you want to stop aging for a story save, look for the aging toggle in settings and confirm the exact label in your build.
Age and life stage cheats
The main age commands are:
